The company was founded in November 1993 by the President and CEO Curtis Mason. The company has expanded into three major divisions, MayDay Records, Mason's Family Music, and Kurt & Flashlite Music Publishing. We have been continually in business since that time working with composers, lyricists, team collaborators and vocalists to develop and produce entertainment products.
